Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our platform, security, trading, and more.
DŌM X is an institutional platform, powered by Bridgetower Capital, for investing in tokenized real-world assets. Our flagship offering provides accredited investors with tokenized participation in an $11.06 billion Arizona copper-gold mining project. The platform combines daily transparent pricing, automated compliance, anti-dilution protections, and structured liquidity paths—capabilities that were previously available to institutional investors committing $100 million or more.
A Regulated Tokenization Platform is a secure system for issuing, managing, and trading digital securities that represent interests in real-world assets. Think of it as the infrastructure that allows a physical asset—like a copper-gold mining project—to be represented as digital tokens that you can own, track, and eventually trade, all within a regulatory framework designed for investor protection. DŌM X provides institutional-grade compliance, transparent pricing, and secure custody so that tokenized asset ownership is accessible to accredited investors and institutions.
A security token is a digital representation of an investment interest—similar to how a stock certificate represents ownership in a company, except the token lives on a blockchain (a secure, transparent digital ledger). Security tokens are fully regulated as securities under applicable law. On DŌM X, your tokens may represent rights to a share of project proceeds, revenue participation, or other structured financial interests, depending on the specific offering. The key benefits over traditional paper-based securities include real-time transparency, automated compliance, and programmable features like built-in transfer restrictions that protect both you and the offering.
You are purchasing regulated security tokens that represent a proportional share of Gross Project Proceeds from the underlying asset. For the current AZX offering, this means you receive a permanent, non-dilutable participation in all cash and non-cash proceeds generated from the Arizona copper-gold project—including operations, exploration, sale, and distribution of copper, gold, and enterprise value. Important: You are not buying equity in a mining company or shares in a fund. You are acquiring a direct, programmable claim on project proceeds. The exact rights, priorities, and entitlements for each offering are fully described in the Subscription Agreement, which you should review carefully before investing.
Each offering on DŌM X has its own issuer. For the current AZX copper-gold offering, the issuer is DomeBridge AZ, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Dominion Oil & Mineral Exploration, LLC (the Sponsor) manages the Company and operates the project. BridgeTower Capital provides the tokenization platform, compliance infrastructure, and investor-facing technology. This structure is detailed in the Private Placement Memorandum provided to all investors.
The minimum investment for the current AZX offering is $50,000 (475 tokens at $105.33 per token). Your exact investment amount, token allocation, and associated fees will be confirmed in your Subscription Agreement before you commit.
An accredited investor is a person or entity that meets specific financial thresholds established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These standards exist to ensure that participants in certain private securities offerings have the financial sophistication and capacity to evaluate and bear the risks involved. Because this is a Rule 506(c) offering, we take reasonable steps to educate each participant that they must be an accredited investor under SEC rules. The SEC states that as a natural person, you may qualify if you meet one or more of the following standards: Income-based: Your individual income exceeded $200,000 in each of the last two years (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent), and you reasonably expect to reach at least that level this year. Net-worth-based: Your individual or joint net worth exceeds $1,000,000, excluding the value of your primary residence (with mortgage and debt treatment as the SEC rules require). Professional credentials: You hold in good standing certain SEC-recognized professional licenses, such as FINRA Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82, or any other certification the SEC has designated as qualifying. Role-based (when applicable): You are a director, executive officer, or general partner of the issuer, or a "knowledgeable employee" of a private fund, as defined under SEC rules. By participating, you are acknowledging that your status is accurate and that you can support it with documentation (such as tax returns, asset and liability statements, or a professional letter) if requested.
DŌM X takes reasonable steps to verify that all participants meet accredited investor requirements as required under SEC Rule 506(c). This includes the identity verification (KYC/KYB), compliance screening, and documentation review conducted through our onboarding process. We may request supporting documentation such as tax returns, financial statements, or a professional letter to confirm your eligibility.
The current AZX offering is structured primarily for U.S. accredited investors under SEC Regulation D Rule 506(c). Eligibility for investors outside the United States is determined on an offering-by-offering basis in accordance with applicable laws in the investor's jurisdiction. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in participating, please contact our investor relations team at Support@domxbridgetower.com for guidance specific to your situation. Full eligibility details are provided in each offering's Private Placement Memorandum.
Yes. DŌM X welcomes family offices, funds, endowments, trusts, and other qualified institutions. Institutional onboarding includes enhanced KYB (Know Your Business) verification, beneficial ownership disclosure, and dedicated relationship management support. Institutions that qualify as accredited investors under SEC rules—generally those with assets exceeding $5,000,000—are eligible to participate. Contact Support@domxbridgetower.com for institutional onboarding support and documentation requirements specific to your entity type.
The onboarding process has been designed to be straightforward, even if this is your first time participating in a tokenized offering. Here is what to expect: Step 1: Qualifications & Requirements — You will review how the investment account works, what documentation you will need, the fees involved, and the accredited investor requirements for this offering. Step 2: Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) — You will verify your identity (or your investing entity) through our embedded verification flow, powered by Sumsub and reviewed by Iron, our regulated payments partner. Have your government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-wealth documents ready. Step 3: Terms & Conditions — You will review and accept the MoonPay Terms of Use that govern the payment and USDC funding services provided by Iron. Step 4: Wallet & Subscription Agreement — A secure, self-custodial wallet is created for you. You will review your investment details and sign your Subscription Agreement via DocuSign. Step 5: Receive Your Virtual Account — You will receive a Named Virtual Account from Iron with unique wire details for funding your investment. Step 6: Fund Your Investment — Wire or ACH USD from your bank to your Virtual Account. Your funds are automatically converted to USDC and delivered to your wallet. Step 7: Complete Your Investment — Once your USDC arrives, confirm your investment to receive your AZX tokens. Verification review typically takes at least two business days after submission, and you will receive an email when your verification is approved or if additional information is needed.
For individual investors (KYC): Your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license), a selfie or liveness check, your SSN (if U.S. citizen or resident), recent proof of address if requested, and source-of-wealth documentation such as bank statements, payslips, or investment records. For entity investors (KYB): All of the above for authorized representatives and beneficial owners, plus your entity's legal name, registration number, formation documents (articles of incorporation, certificate of good standing, etc.), full ownership structure with shareholder percentages, and business financial documentation. Having these documents ready before you begin will allow you to complete verification in one sitting.
Your verification is carried out through Sumsub, an institutional-grade KYC/KYB provider, and then reviewed by Iron, our regulated payments and settlement partner (a MoonPay company). MoonPay operates under money-transmitter and other regulatory licenses in multiple jurisdictions. Most investors should expect the review to take at least two business days. In some cases, we may request additional information or documentation before we can approve your profile. You will receive an email from the DŌM X team when your verification has been approved or if anything further is needed.
Delays are usually caused by document clarity issues (blurry photos, cut-off corners) or mismatches between your submitted information and your ID documents (such as name or address differences). If your verification requires additional information, you will receive an email with specific guidance on what is needed. For rejections, check your email for details, correct the issue, and resubmit through the platform. If you need assistance, contact Support@domxbridgetower.com with "KYC Issue" in the subject line.
Iron is a MoonPay company that provides the regulated payments and settlement infrastructure for this offering. MoonPay is a global leader in cryptocurrency payments, holding Money Transmitter Licenses in 50 U.S. states and territories, a New York BitLicense from the NYDFS, and 40+ global licenses. Iron serves as the bridge between your traditional bank account and the blockchain. When you wire USD from your bank, Iron receives it through licensed, regulated infrastructure, converts it to USDC (a dollar-pegged stablecoin), and delivers it to your self-custodial wallet—all automatically. By integrating Iron into this process, we ensure that your funds are handled through licensed infrastructure, that KYC/KYB and AML checks meet institutional standards, and that your USD-to-USDC conversion is seamless and compliant.
A Named Virtual Account is a virtual bank account created specifically in your name by Iron. Think of it as a dedicated bank account for funding this investment—but with one key difference: it does not hold your funds. When you complete verification, Iron creates this account with unique wire details (an account number and routing number for Fed Wire or ACH). You wire your investment amount in USD to these details from your bank. When your USD arrives, Iron's Autoramp technology automatically converts it to USDC and delivers it to your self-custodial wallet. No manual conversion steps are required on your part.
After your account is verified and your Subscription Agreement is signed, you will receive a Named Virtual Account from Iron with unique wire details. Choose your payment method: Fed Wire (typically same-day or next business day) or ACH (typically 2–3 business days). Wire USD from your bank to the account number and routing number shown in your dashboard. When your funds arrive, Iron automatically converts your USD to USDC and delivers it to your wallet. You will receive an email confirming your USDC has arrived. Return to the platform to complete your investment and receive your AZX tokens. Important: Always use the exact account number and reference shown in your dashboard to avoid delays. Do not send funds from a bank account that is not in your name—payments from non-matching accounts will be rejected and returned.
USDC (USD Coin) is a stablecoin—a type of digital currency designed to hold a stable 1:1 value with the U.S. dollar. Each USDC is fully backed by dollar reserves held in regulated financial institutions. Your investment is funded in USDC because it enables on-chain settlement—meaning your investment can be recorded, tracked, and managed on the blockchain with full transparency. You do not need to understand or manage cryptocurrency to participate. Iron handles the conversion from your USD bank transfer to USDC automatically. From your perspective, you wire dollars from your bank and your investment is funded.
Fees cover the banking rails used to receive your wire and the blockchain network used to deliver USDC to your wallet. Here is how they work: Fees are added on top of your investment amount—they are not deducted from it. You will wire your investment amount plus fees, ensuring the full USDC amount lands in your wallet. This guarantees you receive the exact number of AZX tokens specified in your signed Subscription Agreement. Your exact fee breakdown will be displayed on the funding page when you receive your personalized wire details. DŌM X does not charge additional platform fees for funding or USDC deposits.
Iron monitors all incoming transfers and will notify you through the investor dashboard and email if any issue arises. Common causes include incorrect reference details, bank-side processing delays, or sending from a non-matching account name. If you experience an issue: check the notification for specific guidance, correct the issue with your bank and resubmit, or contact Support@domxbridgetower.com with "URGENT—Funding Issue" in the subject line for expedited help. Funds in transit remain secure—there is no risk of loss during processing.
For regulatory compliance, all funds must flow through Iron's licensed infrastructure. This ensures proper Anti-Money Laundering screening, verified source of funds, complete audit trails, and compliance with money transmission laws. Accepting external cryptocurrency transfers would bypass these controls and create regulatory risk for both you and the platform. This requirement protects your investment and ensures the offering remains fully compliant.
A self-custodial wallet is a secure digital account where your investment tokens are held. "Self-custodial" means you maintain control—neither DŌM X, Iron, nor any third party can access your wallet or move your funds without your authorization. During onboarding, a wallet is automatically created for you by Turnkey, an institutional-grade wallet provider. This wallet is linked to your verified identity and is "whitelisted," meaning it has been approved to hold and receive DŌM X security tokens under our compliance rules. The practical experience is simple: you access your wallet by logging into your DŌM X dashboard. There is no separate wallet app, no extra passwords, and no cryptocurrency experience required.
No. Turnkey handles all cryptographic security on your behalf using advanced encryption and protected hardware environments. You will never see, store, or manage a seed phrase or private key. This removes the most common risk associated with cryptocurrency wallets—the possibility of losing access by misplacing backup words. Your access is through your standard DŌM X login credentials plus two-factor authentication (2FA).
No. All security tokens must be held in platform-provisioned wallets that are linked to your verified identity and compliance records. This is a regulatory requirement—the wallet connection to your KYC/KYB verification is what allows the platform to enforce transfer restrictions, accreditation requirements, and jurisdictional rules automatically. Using an external wallet would break this compliance chain. You can view your token balance in external wallets like MetaMask for monitoring purposes, but all transactions must occur through the platform.
Contact DŌM X investor support immediately at Support@domxbridgetower.com. After verifying your identity through our recovery process, we can help restore access to your account and associated tokens using Turnkey's institutional recovery capabilities. Your tokens remain safe on the blockchain regardless of whether you can currently access the dashboard—this is one of the key advantages of the non-custodial wallet structure.
Turnkey is the institutional-grade wallet infrastructure provider that powers your DŌM X wallet. Turnkey uses secure enclaves—specially protected hardware environments—to generate and store your private keys. These keys are never exposed to anyone, including Turnkey employees and DŌM X staff. Turnkey's technology enables the security of a fully self-custodial wallet with the simplicity of a standard login experience.
DŌM X protects your personal and financial information using industry-standard security controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and regular security reviews are conducted. Your personal data is used only for onboarding, compliance, and servicing your account, and is shared only with vetted service providers (such as Sumsub and Iron/MoonPay) that maintain comparable security standards. Your full privacy policy is available in the investor dashboard.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies your identity as an individual investor. KYB (Know Your Business) verifies your investing entity and its owners if you are investing through a company, fund, or trust. Both are regulatory requirements for this Reg D 506(c) securities offering, ensuring that participation is limited to properly verified accredited investors. The process also includes AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening, which verifies that funds come from legitimate sources and that investors are not subject to sanctions or other restrictions. Your verification is handled by Sumsub and reviewed by Iron/MoonPay. Completing this process is mandatory before you can fund your account or invest.
Your token value is calculated using a transparent, three-input model called the "Power of Three": Verified Metal Quantity — The amount of copper and gold verified through independent geological analysis, published on-chain quarterly. Market Reference Price — Real-time copper and gold prices delivered daily from the London Metal Exchange and COMEX through Chainlink oracle infrastructure. Return Multiple vs. Entry — A multiplier that expands as the project advances through development milestones, reflecting reduced technical uncertainty. The formula: Token NAV = (Quantity × Price × Return Multiple) ÷ 105,000,000 total tokens. At entry: $11.06 billion ÷ 105,000,000 = $105.33 per token. This means when copper or gold prices move, your Token NAV reflects that movement the next business day—not 60–90 days later in a quarterly report. All inputs are independently verifiable.
All tokens have a mandatory 1-year lock-up period from your investment date. During this time, your tokens cannot be transferred, sold, or traded. This restriction is enforced automatically by the smart contract—no party, including DŌM X or the issuer, can modify or waive it. The lock-up exists to align investor interests with long-term project development, provide operational stability during critical early-stage work, and comply with securities regulations governing restricted securities. This 1-year period is significantly shorter than the 7–10 year lockups typical in traditional mining private placements.
The Subscription Agreement is the legally binding document that confirms your investment. It specifies your wallet address, investment amount, the exact number of AZX tokens you will receive, and all the terms governing your participation in the offering—including your rights, the lock-up period, and risk disclosures. You will review the details in your dashboard and then sign the agreement electronically via DocuSign.
After your wallet is created, you will see your investment summary (investment amount, token allocation, and wallet address) in the dashboard. Click "Send Agreement to Email" and you will receive the document at your registered email address. Sign it using DocuSign.
Iron, the company that provides your Virtual Account and handles USD-to-USDC conversion, is a wholly owned subsidiary of MoonPay and operates under MoonPay's global licensing and compliance framework. When you accept the MoonPay Terms of Use, you are entering into an agreement specifically for the payment and stablecoin services that Iron provides. These terms do not change the structure of your DŌM X investment—they apply only to the funding and USDC transaction services.
All offering documents—including the Private Placement Memorandum, your signed Subscription Agreement, and risk disclosures—are available in your DŌM X investor dashboard under the Profile tab after you complete registration. These documents contain the legally binding terms governing your investment and should be reviewed carefully before committing capital.
The current AZX offering is deployed on the Avalanche C-Chain, a blockchain network chosen for its institutional-grade security, fast transaction finality, and low costs. DŌM X is blockchain-agnostic, meaning future offerings may use different networks based on what best serves the offering's requirements. Chainlink CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol) is integrated to enable secure token movement across networks if needed in the future.
ERC-3643 is a technical standard for security tokens that builds compliance directly into the token's code. In practical terms, this means that transfer restrictions (like the 1-year lock-up), investor eligibility checks (like accredited investor requirements), and jurisdictional rules are enforced automatically every time a token transaction is attempted. No manual oversight is required, and no party can bypass these rules. This is what makes it possible for your tokens to be both fully compliant and eventually tradeable on secondary markets.
